>> RE-BRANDING OF GW-SERIES (LEGAL ISSUES)

In leui of our contact with Nintendo of America (NOA); we have
been working around the clock to update and re-brand the gw-series
games to ensure no conflict of copyright/trademark violations.

The complete series is now available:

    * gw-lab     : a remake of gw-egg
    * gw-monkey  : a remake of gw-chef
    * gw-escape  : a remake of gw-fire
    * gw-jetpack : a remake of gw-parachute
    * gw-monster : a remake of gw-octopus
    * gw-retreat : a remake of gw-helmet

The games are functionally exactly the same; althought we do
understand that the lack of nostalgi may not make the games
as appealing as they were. We re-released them since a few 
people did ask for updated graphics and we still believe the
game concept works well on the iphone/ipod touch.

The games are also a super-low price of $0.99!

We do plan on releasing a gw-series game pack with all six
games bundled into one; but the timing has not been determined
at this point in time. If this is of interest; please contact 
us and let us know if we should do it!

>> SOFTWARE PIRACY

Software piracy is a big topic; how many users are actually 
paying for games and how many are illegally downloading them.
Mobile 1UP's - as part of the high score submission process 
has added the ability to track if the game is legit or pirated.

Mobile 1UP does not condone piracy.

- 79% Pirate Users

These co-incide with most of the 20/80 reports published online. 

It is important to keep in mind that without supporting the 
developers - applications will not exist for the platform!

a number of items when we get a chance. 

>> MARKETING UPDATES

When you submit your high scores to Mobile 1UP - your not
only boasting to your friends (and the rest of the world) how 
good you are - but you are also contributing vital statistics
for us to report back on our users.

- 65% (65, 63, 61 before) iPod Touch

We are seeing the device distribution stabilize; which is 
quite interesting. In anticipation of the upcoming release 
of iPhone OS 3.0 - we have confirmed that Mobile 1UP games
work correctly on the new operating system.
