WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND SUBJECT TO CONTRACT

Dear Mr Ardiri,

As you are aware Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and its subsidiary
Psygnosis (collectively "SCEE") have published or licensed "Lemmings" games
across a broad range of platforms since 1991.

SCEE holds a number of registered trademarks (for example European
Community Trademark No 5255583) for the game as well as the copyright in
the original game.

All of these rights appear to be infringed by your ports of the Lemmings
game to various platforms
(http://www.joystiq.com/2010/06/29/developer-ports-lemmings-to-four-platforms-in-36-hours/).

Despite our knowledge that your infringement is knowing (hence your
disclaimer) we will give you one opportunity to avoid having to pay
substantial legal costs and damages (should we have to sue you).

If you will remove all your ports of Lemmings from the sites where you have
posted them or indeed now host them and undertake not to recreate or port
any other SCEE published games then we will not sue you and seek damages
for every copy of Lemmings that you have distributed.

This offer remains valid for 48 hours.
